We specialize in new control packages, refinishing, and remodeling as well as new construction. Our trucks are on call 24 hours a day for any type of problem. We are recognized as a leader in solving problems effectively and economically. We also specialize in weekly pool and spa maintenance, including cleaning, skimming, startup, and shut down. Quality is also an authorized service center for the largest pool equipment, control, and accessory manufacturer Pentair Pool Products.

Service Calls

The following are examples of frequent repair issues:

• Not heating - Sometimes flow or water chemistry related.
• Error Messages - On Digital Displays
  • Flo or FL - "Flow" related - filter, valves
  • SN or SN1 - Bad "sensor" or Open
  • OH - "Overheat" - filter, flow, valves
  • PR - "Priming"
  • DR or DY - "Dry"
  • Flashing Dots - Contact service
• No Function - Breaker, GFI, Board, Topside
• Leaks - Equipment or plumbing
• Not hot enough
• Jet Issues - not drawing air, jet falling out

Most service call repairs are due to improperly maintained items or chemistry. Make sure that water quality is in balance, filters are cleaned (as needed) or replaced (yearly), and small repairs are made before turning into larger repairs. Check your pool or spa often (especially in the winter to avoid freezing) to ensure proper operation. Notify us immediately if you suspect any problems.

Maintenance

Quality Pool and Spa can also assist you in the general routine maintenance and cleaning of your pool or spa. This service is intended for the long term care of your pool/spa already in operation and includes:

• Check and adjust proper water level
• Test water quality and adjust
• Vacuum debris
• Clean out baskets: pimp, skimmer, etc.
• Clean filter
• Clean cover (some additional costs may apply)

These maintenance contracts can be weekly, biweekly, or monthly. Please call for availability in your area.
